Senior Executive – Voice Product Provisioner

Opening for Voice Product Provisioner @ Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provision all voice services for install, including hosted voice, SIP, and fax
• Provision/deprovision all services for MACDs, including migrating customers from one platform to another
• Work directly with the Implementation Coordinator to validate build requirements and timelines
• Assist with diagnostics and support for voice products
• May require coordination with customer

Desired Candidate Profile

• Working knowledge of VoIP (Hosted and Trunking)
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex network designs
• Adept at working under pressure in a high stress environment
• Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner with self-initiative and pride in end results
• Superb work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Flexible availability to cover shifts ranging from 7am ET to 6pm PT, and on-call rotations for nights and weekends
• 3+ years of relevant experience
