Roles and Responsibilities

Automation Skill ( Selenium, UFT)

Understanding of End to End testing involving multiple application

CRM ( Sales/Service Cloud) application testing is a must

Experience in testing Web Services utilizing SoapUI

Experience in designing and implementing a test data management strategy

Experience in data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail

Review design specifications to ensure understanding of project.

Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of project.

Develop, document and maintain test cases including data, and scripts used.

Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.

Identify any potential quality issues immediately report to manager.

Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes

Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.

Experience testing Salesforce platform is required.

Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred (but not mandatory).

Create clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases.

Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.

Communicate with development and project management.

Ability to lead and work as part of a team with good work ethics
