    2. Clear understanding of Exadata features like Flash cache, Storage Index, HCC and IORM
    3. Understanding of Luns, Cell Disk and Grid disk
    4. Implementation experience of exadata features
    5. Understanding of CELLCLI and DCLI
    6. Performance tuning of Exadata component
    7. Understanding of Cell Storage software
    8. Troubleshooting experience
    9. Hands on experience of RAC, Database and ASM management
    10. Solid understanding of RAC components and architecture
    11. Performance tuning experience of RAC and database
    12. Experience of ASM management and configuration
    13. Day to day monitoring experience of RDBMS and RAC environment
