Roles and Responsibilities

Primarily Responsible for ensuring project technical deliverables arrive within agreed scope, quality, timelines and cost using project management tools and methodologies

Well versed in Dev Ops tools, concepts and methodologies

Functional Area: Cloud, DevOps, Python, Application Development, Testing Solutions

Technology Stack: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP any one), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD Pipelines, Python, Microservices (Angular, React would be a plus)

Project management , Scoping, Planning, Executing & Reporting. Costing, Budgeting

Good to have knowledge in Agile / Scrum / Release / Change activity.

Any cloud Certifications is good to have.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the end-to-end delivery of engineering work, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery.
  2. Communicating progress and planning with internal and external teams, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track and execution of delivery from inception to delivery.
  3. Operates between teams and architectures overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery.
  4. Proactively identify risks and develop plans to mitigate/avoid delivery of work throughout the engineering teams and remove blockers to achieve successful delivery.
  5. Help customers and the engineering teams make trade-off decisions by considering all of the data including business goals, technical platform strategy, customer experience and maintainability.
  6. Negotiate features and associated priority and help the team and their customers reach consensus.
  7. Proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  8. Smooth handling conflict, escalation and dependency management.
  9. Meet with financial and accounting heads to establish periodic revenue goals and implement strategies on a regular basis.
  10. Experience with Agile Management tools.
  11. Work with other teams across the organization to utilize and establish best practices
